Unfortunately, fenced areas are one item we are currently unable to automate — but hopefully we can offer a solution to this as well in the near future! Traditional sprinklers run on a fixed timer regardless of conditions. Our smart sprinklers combine soil moisture sensors, local weather data, and plant type profiles to water only when and where it's actually needed. Setup typically takes 2–4 hours for a standard residential property. We pre-build and configure all robots at our facility before arriving, so our technicians can hit the ground running — mapping your property, installing the charging base, and ensuring everything is functioning properly before they leave.

When the mowing season winds down, we collect all equipment from your property, winterize it, perform thorough yearly maintenance, and store it safely in a heated facility — so everything is in peak condition and ready to go come spring. Existing customers receive priority scheduling at the start of each new season.

All hardware is covered under our service plan. If a mower needs servicing, we'll dispatch a technician — usually within 24–48 hours — and provide a temporary unit if the repair takes longer.

No — WiFi is not required. We have several robotic mower models that rely on GPS and 4G cellular connectivity, and they all work great. However, if you're looking to reduce the cost of your service, WiFi-connected mowers are your most affordable option.
